Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If no deposit was made, I reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and/or could result in loss of the deposit.
